I’m Nicholas Rowe, a founder and operator building digital products, platforms, and teams. I currently run Saigon Digital, a full-service digital agency working with international brands on design, development, SEO, data, and AI-driven search. My focus today is helping businesses turn complex ideas into scalable, real-world outcomes.
I moved to Vietnam in 2018 with curiosity, a laptop, and no fixed plan. What followed has been a journey shaped by building, breaking, learning, and rebuilding again.
Since arriving, I’ve started multiple businesses. Some have worked. Some haven’t. All of them have taught me something valuable. Along the way, I’ve worn many hats. Teacher. Freelancer. Consultant. Software Engineer. Technical Director. CTO. CEO. Founder. Operator. Builder.

Those roles weren’t part of a linear career plan. They came from saying yes to opportunities, learning fast, and being willing to take responsibility when things were unclear.
How I Think and Work
I’m driven by a love for creating things that didn’t exist before. Products, systems, teams, ideas, companies. I enjoy walking into messy situations, asking better questions, and helping bring clarity and structure where it’s missing.
Day to day, my work sits at the intersection of technology, growth, and people.
I spend my time:
- Working with founders and leadership teams on digital strategy and execution
- Designing and scaling platforms across web, data, SEO, and AI-driven search
- Freelancing and consulting with businesses that need hands-on problem solving, not theory
- Building teams and systems that can operate without chaos
- Turning big ideas into practical, shipped outcomes
I currently run Saigon Digital, a full-service digital agency working with companies across the UK, Europe, the US, and Asia. We help ambitious brands grow through design, development, SEO, paid media, data, and increasingly, AI search visibility.
What matters most to me is not just building fast, but building properly. With clarity. With accountability. With people who care about the work.
Music, Movement, and Curiosity
Creativity has never been limited to work for me.
I’ve been lucky enough to DJ around the world, sharing my love for vinyl, underground music, and festival culture. Music has always been a constant. It’s how I reset, how I connect with people, and how I stay curious.

Festivals hold a special place for me, and Glastonbury is one of my favourite places on earth. There’s something powerful about spaces where creativity, freedom, chaos, and community collide. Those environments influence how I think about culture, teams, and building experiences that actually move people.
Outside of work, I’m rarely still for long.
You’ll usually find me:
- Playing football, padel, or squash
- Training when I can, moving whenever possible
- Exploring cities through food and local spots
- Travelling, often without a rigid plan
- Collecting vinyl, discovering new music, and chasing good sound systems
How I Show Up
I’m naturally curious and slightly restless. I like exploring new places, new ideas, and new ways of thinking. I value spontaneity, honest conversations, and rooms where people are not afraid to think bigger than what’s immediately practical.
I bring energy, big ideas, and a builder’s mindset into the room. I’m not interested in hype without substance, or strategy without execution. I care about momentum, ownership, and doing work that actually makes a difference.
Why This Exists
This site is a place to document ideas, lessons, and thinking in public. Not polished perfection, but real experiences from building in the real world. Wins, failures, patterns, and reflections.
If you’re building something, navigating growth, or trying to bring clarity to complexity, there’s a good chance we’ll have something useful to talk about.
